swimIQ

Terms and Conditions of our Programmes
Parents/guardians who apply for swimIQ's school-pool programmes do so on the following T & C's.
On acceptance into our classes all participants' parent/guardian are bound by the swimIQ T & C's.
Bookings
Spaces are limited – first accepted and paid secure their place.
Payment of $250 per child covers the full programme of nine (9) consecutive weeks at the school pool of your choice. Payment is processed securely, online through a third-party payment processor (Stripe).
Consult with Julia Boyle at swimIQ.contact@gmail.com ahead of joining if you are unsure about the right level.
As a condition of enrolment, you must provide both a mobile number and a current email address.
Lessons are non-transferable and must be used within the Term.
Cancellations
Refunds are not provided if you're unable to attend a class. A make-up lesson is not guaranteed, but swimIQ will try to accommodate you for 1 make-up lesson in the Term. Use the parent portal to cancel at least 24 hours before a missed lesson to receive an electronic make-up voucher.
Please note that Milford lessons run Saturdays and Tuesdays, and Hauraki lessons run Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays in Term 4 2026, meaning limited make-up lesson options.
If lessons cannot go ahead due to unsatisfactory pool conditions (eg water temp too low) or sickness of instructor swimIQ will notify you and make a refund at the pro rata value of that lesson. Note weather conditions, at any time of lessons or leading up to a class time, do not give rise to a customer credit.
swimIQ reserves the right to cancel bookings for lessons if lessons bookings do not reach minimum viable numbers. If this occurs, swimIQ will notify you within a week of start date and refund you.
Pool Safety
School rules to be observed at all times. Pool safety is paramount. The pool gate must be kept closed at all times.

Students may attend only for their scheduled lesson, and must exit the pool after their lesson completes.
Parents or guardians are responsible for their own swimmers before and after swimIQ classes. No student may be left unattended for later pick up.
Attire: swimmers must wear swimsuits. Caps recommended. Please bring goggles. The outdoor pool is heated. The water is warm enough for most swimmers. Some may prefer to wear a wetsuit for classes.
